Do you see that this moment has been created for you?
Every needle has been lovingly placed
into every waiting groove
In intricate precision, an evolutionary procession
wends its way to the threshold of your soul

While you slumbered,
while you slept,
while you jitterbugged about
in a fragmented search for the sacred,
She gingerly prepared for your imminent arrival,
with not one iota of doubt that you were on your way

She placed silks on pillows braided
with the frequency of your birthsong
Filled vessels of oils scented rose and frankincense
Gathered fruits succulent and bursting with life
Gently blew the breath of awakening
into your unfurled mouth
And held you in an embrace so tender
that it may have escaped
your hardened senses

Love has never abandoned you,
though you may have felt it so
You have never taken one step alone,
though you may have imagined it thus
You only felt yourself in the darkness
because you had not yet chosen to see
You only surmised yourself sheathed in disarray
because you had not yet chosen to hear

Who are you, really?
This radiant starburst of consciousness
for whom the infinite unfolding of existence
has waited so patiently?

This moment, this ever-reverberating now
has been created just for you,
You – this precious and adored child of All-That-Is,
This shimmering golden
constellation of experience

Fresh paint awaits for you
to take brush in hand,
Amorphous clay aches
for the defining touch
of your fingers
Innumerable seeds are ready
to be planted
in a plaintive earth
And nurtured by your
unfathomable commitment
to a better way

The struggle is over –
allow yourself to be carried by a rollicking momentum
Love has never abandoned you
though the reality you have inhabited
may have told you otherwise
She is so close beside you,
as she has been for eternity

What you ask from your heart
will always be answered
Take care in posing your questions…
